HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

ARE RETURNS FREE?

For returns originating from Canada and the United States, a return cost of US $9.00 per package will be applicable if return labels can be generated.

Please note that the shipping cost for international orders outside of Canada and the United States is not covered by us. The responsibility for covering the shipping expenses associated with international returns rests with the customer.

 

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?

To proceed with a refund or exchange, please only return the specific items you wish to request a refund or exchange for. WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?  

Our utmost priority is to deliver products of the highest quality. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or faulty package, please promptly contact us at customerservice@retroandsummer.com. We kindly request that you email us as soon as possible so that we can promptly address and review the matter for you. Your satisfaction is our top concern, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues you may encounter.

 

WHAT IF THE TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY PACKAGE?

To initiate the process for a lost package, please reach out to us at customerservice@retroandsummer.com within 15 days from the delivery date. We will make every effort to contact our shipping carrier and initiate an investigation into your order. Appropriate measures will be taken if it is determined that your package has indeed been lost. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER?

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes that may be applicable to their order. These fees are typically due at the point of delivery or after the package has been received.

We kindly request your understanding that we have no control over the duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. The cost and specific regulations vary depending on each country's policies. To obtain accurate and relevant information regarding these charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office. They will be able to provide you with the necessary details regarding any potential duties, customs fees, and taxes associated with your order.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?  

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the email address registered with your account. This email will include the tracking number for your reference.

In the event that you did not receive the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@retroandsummer.com. We will be happy to assist you and provide you with the necessary information regarding your shipment.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE COUPONS/DISCOUNTS AT A TIME? 

Please note that only one coupon or discount can be applied per order. If you wish to use different coupons or discounts, we kindly ask that you place separate orders for each and apply the respective coupon or discount to each order accordingly. This will ensure that each discount is applied correctly and your orders are processed accurately.

 

CAN I DO PRICE MATCH IF BOUGHT ITEM IS ON SALE? 

Certainly! We offer a price match policy for the entire order (not applicable to individual items) within 15 days from the date of your order. If you find a lower price for the entire order within this timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@retroandsummer.com and provide your order number. We will be glad to assist you further and process the price match accordingly.

 

WHERE DO MY ORDERS SHIP FROM?

We operate multiple warehouses in both Canada and Asia to ensure efficient order fulfillment. The dispatch of packages is based on inventory availability across these warehouses.

The majority of orders are dispatched from our Canadian warehouse. However, if you have any specific requests or preferences regarding the dispatch location, please don't hesitate to email us at customerservice@retroandsummer.com. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure a satisfactory shopping experience.
