Our return and exchange policy allows for a period of 15 days starting from the date of delivery. If you would like to avail of this service, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible. For returns and exchanges from the US and Canada, a return postage fee of US $9.00 per package will be applied.

To initiate a return, please click HERE to submit your request. Once your request is received, you will be provided with a return label and detailed instructions. Depending on your preference, refunds can be processed to the original payment method or in the form of store credits.

Please note that original and return postage fees will be excluded from the refund amount. The refund process typically takes 10-14 business days for US customers and 3-5 business days for CA customers from the date we receive the package.

If you would like to proceed with an exchange, please send an email to customerservice@retroandsummer.com, including your order number and exchange details. We will be delighted to assist you with the exchange process.

It is crucial to ensure that the address can accommodate the delivery before submitting your order. If the package is returned to us as a result of an incomplete or incorrect address, you as the buyer, will be responsible for covering the original shipping fees as well as the costs associated with the return.

Furthermore, please note that if a package is lost due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be held accountable for the loss. It is essential to provide a complete and accurate address to ensure successful delivery.

International customers (outside Canada and the US) are eligible for store credits rather than refunds for their purchases. Please be aware that buyers will be responsible for covering the cost of returns. If you would like to initiate a return request, please click HERE. The Following Items Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please adhere to the following criteria for the items you wish to return or exchange:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition, which includes having the returns card and hygiene seal intact.
  • The item(s) should not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The care label should only be cut when you are ready to wear your swimsuit. If the care label is cut, we will be unable to accept returns or exchanges for the item.
We regret to inform you that any returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

Please note that depending on the condition of the swimsuit, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at all. We kindly request that you handle the package with care upon its arrival.
