1. Torso: Start at one shoulder and wrap the measuring tape down your body, between your legs (along the leg crease), and bring it up your back to the starting point.
2. Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, making sure the tape is straight across the back.
3. Waist: Measure around your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your waist.
4. Hips: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear. Use a mirror while standing sideways to ensure you are measuring at the fullest point.
